Responsibilities and Expectations:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in our office. This includes:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the office, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Offboarding: Manage offboarding for the office, including participating in notification meetings, administering HR offboarding paperwork, and collaborating with security, finance, and IT departments.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks, ensuring consistency with headquarters policies.
  • HR Technology: Manage Elixir's HCM for the office, including resolving queries with employees and collaborating with configuration administrators at headquarters' office.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regional employment laws and regulations, as well as headquarters' policies.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate professional development opportunities for employees in alignment with headquarters' standards.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
