Job Description

As a key member of our software projects team, you will assist the project manager in overseeing projects for banking clients. Your responsibilities will include developing work breakdown structures (WBS) and Gantt charts to ensure projects are completed within cost and deadline targets.

You will also be responsible for creating bi-weekly plans and keeping them up-to-date on Project Server. Additionally, you will guide and review requirements documents, functional specs with wireframe diagrams, and process charts.

Further tasks will involve organizing meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and turning them into system requirements specification (SRS) documents. You will also manage detailed scope of change requests, identify and manage project risks, and actively review project artifacts and documents.

Finally, you will conduct project presentations and implement the communications plan of the project.
