We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and manage ServiceNow in the IAM space: Oversee ServiceNow development and handle incident management within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
  2. Lead project development: Manage key development tasks or projects within the IAM Access Development Pod, offering technical support to ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality standards.
  3. Serve as ServiceNow Access Pod Architect: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure development aligns with ServiceNow standards.
  4. Conduct code reviews: Perform thorough reviews to maintain quality and compliance.
  5. Facilitate show-and-tell sessions: Lead meetings to present updates and gather feedback.
  6. Analyze and resolve data issues: Understand and address data problems impacting development.
  7. Coordinate code releases: Submit code, create change requests, and communicate deployment needs to support teams. Support pre-deployment meetings for smooth deployment.
  8. Monitor compliance: Ensure development adheres to IDAM and HSBC standards, addressing any issues.
  9. Identify risks and issues: Report promptly to the project manager.
  10. Manage ServiceNow Pod tasks: Oversee platform upgrades to prevent risks to IAM workflows.
  11. Facilitate training: Coordinate with the ServiceNow Pod for upcoming training needs and ensure attendance.
  12. Environment management: Handle environment setup, cloning, and maintenance.
