We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee our Air Freight Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance air freight operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless logistics operations and high-quality services.
  • Select and finalize overseas agents as per business requirements, ensuring they meet our standards for quality and service.
  • Negotiate contracts with airlines and suppliers, securing favorable terms that benefit our business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for air freight business, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead teams to achieve targets, drive innovation, and optimize resources, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Foster collaboration between branches and external partners to drive business success, share best practices, and leverage expertise.
  • Manage contract performance, relationships, and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Ensure IATA certification and compliance across all operations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Monitor and renew certifications annually, ensuring timely compliance and adherence to regulations.
  • Oversee overall AFR operations, ensuring smooth execution, efficient use of resources, and effective decision-making, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Develop and manage department budgets, assuming full ownership and accountability, ensuring transparency and adherence to policies.
  • Authorize payments related to AFR operations, ensuring transparency and adherence to policies.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in air freight operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of air freight operations, including sales, marketing, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
