Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse staff during night shifts, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving and processing shipments, inventory management, and stock control.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and increasing productivity.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
