Seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in project planning to lead the supervision of a major hydropower project.

About the Role:
  • Manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Ensure timely completion of all phases from design to commissioning
  • Supervise resource allocation and track progress
  • Perform budget control and conduct delay analysis
  • Generate progress reports and incorporate changes into the schedule
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • More than 12 years of experience with project planning, preferably on dams and hydropower projects
  • Necessary skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 for scheduling, resource allocation, and delay analysis
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, critical path method (CPM), and ability to develop and monitor detailed schedules
  • Ability to estimate project costs, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within budget
  • Expertise in delay analysis techniques (e.g., Impacted As-Planned, Time Impact Analysis) to identify causes of delays, assess their impact, and recommend corrective actions
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Proficient in generating detailed project reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project
