Technical Lead

We are seeking a passionate Technical Lead who loves building exciting products and MEAN Stack mobile-first solutions.

  • Work with teams to identify technologies and tools for implementation.
  • Evaluate, design, and build technical stack through a hands-on approach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client ideas into specifications and provide task estimates.
  • Manage millions of transactions and terabytes of data daily.
  • Oversee implementation projects for compliance to architecture.
  • Select suitable design solutions ensuring system component compatibility while working with software engineers.
  • Design multi-tier cloud-based applications serving thousands of businesses and millions of customers.
  • Adhere to project's best practices and coding standards.
  • Define server architecture and monitor servers for running solutions.
  • Experience in automated development environments (DevOps) is required.
  • Strong understanding of project architecture and database schemas is necessary.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, backend, iOS, and Android development is essential.
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback.
  • Remove technical impediments.
  • Identify and mitigate project technical risks with the PM at the project level.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SDLC, with 4 years as a technical lead.
  • Enterprise-grade system architecture experience with a mobile-first approach.
  • Proficiency in MEAN / LAMP stack.
  • NoSQL database experience, such as MongoDB, HBase, or Hadoop.
  • API architecture experience.
  • Serve as an interface between the team and management.
  • Set an example for team members through quality code writing.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
  • Able to lead the team at any time for functional or technical concerns.
  • Flexible work environment settings.
  • Preference given to candidates with strong knowledge of NodeJS, MongoDB, and mobile-first application development.
