
SaaS Sales Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS-based products and services. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to drive solution-based selling. This role requires strategic thinking, effective lead nurturing, and a passion for helping businesses adopt technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for SaaS products and services.
· Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
· Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging SaaS technologies.
· Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for sales activity tracking and forecasting.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software sales.
· Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, software licensing models, and digital transformation.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
· Prior experience with a consultative or solution-selling approach is a strong plus.
· Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
