Delivering exceptional IT service management is a key objective for organizations aiming to improve their overall efficiency and quality. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, guiding junior consultants, and providing strategic advice to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, assess, and audit ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Design, implement, and maintain ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards, focusing on process optimization and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements to identify areas of enhancement.
  • Develop and refine ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.
  • Guide organizations in optimizing IT operations, improving service quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective ITIL implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an IT-related field, along with ITIL Expert/Managing Professional and ISO 20000 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certifications. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in ITSM consulting or related roles is required, with expertise in ITIL, ISO 20000, and other relevant frameworks/regulations.
