We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to assist with daily operations of our Amazon and eBay stores.

The role includes label generation, order tracking, SKU and inventory management, profit margin calculations, handling returns etc.

  • Generate shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  • Track orders and update shipment status on relevant platforms.
  • Manage product SKUs, maintain consistency, and update product information as needed.
  • Handle customer returns and coordinate with suppliers for replacements or refunds.
  • Conduct product research for wholesale opportunities using tools.
  • Identify high-potential SKUs based on competition, pricing, and demand trends.
  • Maintain updated inventory levels and monitor out-of-stock or discontinued items.
  • Calculate profit margins, factoring in item cost, shipping, marketplace fees, and taxes.
  • Create and update reports to support repricer tools and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain organized reports for order status, returns, supplier performance, and profitability.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 6 months – 1 year experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon and/or eBay.
  • Familiarity with dropshipping workflows and tools.
  • Understanding of FBA/FBM practices, basic SKU/barcode handling, and marketplace policies.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and data entry.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
