
Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Support Lead. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Technical Support or Customer Support, with a good understanding of SQL, API, and one of the coding languages. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-department teams.
This is a senior-level position that involves providing complex technical support for products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues or product-level bugs that cannot be resolved by technical support engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to technical support engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and product-level limitations, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-department teams to identify and address technical issues, participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to incoming escalations.
- Technical Expertise: Minimum 3-year tenure in Technical Support or Customer Support, with a good understanding of SQL, API, and one of the coding languages.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
