Senior E-commerce Operations Manager

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the end-to-end management of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless and efficient execution across multiple Amazon accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing:

Strategic identification, evaluation, and acquisition of products that meet sales projections for each account. Key responsibilities include filtering out products based on eligibility, availability, demand, sales volume, and profitability.

Inventory Management:

  • Developing and implementing inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Effective coordination with suppliers to ensure seamless product flow, manage inventory levels, and address any logistical issues that may arise.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Overseeing order processing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Collaborating with a team of virtual assistants to implement efficient order processing procedures, monitor performance, and make adjustments as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Effectively managing customer expectations, escalating concerns when necessary, and working closely with suppliers to resolve any product-related issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generating regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilizing insights gathered from data analysis to inform strategic decisions, optimize processes, and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing inventory levels, improving order fulfillment rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
