Job Role

The Management Trainee Officer will assist our HR team by supporting recruitment activities across departments. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment and HR practices, preparing the candidate for a career in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or higher is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote job opportunities through various channels to attract top talent.
  2. Conduct interviews and screening processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  3. Provide clear information to applicants regarding the hiring process.
  4. Assess resumes and cover letters to determine candidate qualifications.
  5. Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  6. Assist with onboarding and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Essential Skills
  1. Strong aptitude for organizing tasks and maintaining accuracy.
  2. Ability to navigate complex situations and provide solutions.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. A confident, personable approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
