BBA/MBA or relevant degree in Human Resources.

The HR Officer will assist the HR team in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of administration services, office management, and HR tasks.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.
  2. Participate in the development and implementation of work methods and procedures.
  3. Follow up on and ensure appropriate implementation of decisions.
  4. Assist in training arrangements.
  5. Assist the HR Department in developing and maintaining Personnel Policies, Procedures, and new programs related to Human Resources.
  6. Handle the execution of HR tasks, providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
  7. Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes, and communicate with applicants in a timely manner.
  8. Assist in developing and implementing sound personnel systems, policies, and procedures.
  9. Process and maintain confidentiality of monthly payroll records.
  10. Administer the Employee Information System, manage record keeping, and open new personal files for new staff.
  11. Participate in HR planning and recruitment, including preparing relevant procedures for interviews and onboarding.
  12. Support newcomers in integrating with company departments.
  13. Perform any other duties assigned by the HR department.
  14. Coordinate and follow up on office assets.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
