n8n Automation Expert

This role involves supporting the automation side of our offshore recruitment business. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing workflows that power high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve existing n8n workflows for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and make refinements to existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with founders and technical lead to enhance stability and refine workflows.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.
  • Ability to read and write JavaScript and comprehend low-code/no-code logic.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general.
  • Diligent attention to detail when testing automations.
  • Previous experience with recruitment workflows is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A reliable internet connection; a suitable laptop or desktop; a quiet workspace; and good quality microphone or headset.

This is a contract position starting at 10 hours per week with potential for increased hours.
