Accounting Manager Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage our accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance within a dynamic service-based industry.

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and relevant tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in audits (internal and external) and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor junior finance and accounting team members.
Requirements

We seek candidates with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a service-based environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes in outsourcing/shared services models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
