
Strategic Business Development Manager

This role involves establishing and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential clients and discovering and exploring opportunities for growth and expansion.
It requires analyzing market strategies, evaluating options, and resolving internal priorities to close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Maintaining confidentiality of information and protecting the organization's value are key responsibilities in this position.
You will also enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Meeting or exceeding revenue goals for assigned accounts and industries, defining and following up on yearly targets and objectives, and developing and implementing strategies for new products and services are other essential duties of this role.
You will determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs, manage documentation and records to support all potential transactions, and adopt a team approach working with others in pursuing common goals.
A suitable candidate for this position should have at least a BBA (Marketing) degree and 2-3 years of experience in a related field, knowledge and experience of generating leads and developing relations on LinkedIn, and good personal relations in the corporate sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, experience of strategic planning and business development, good computer skills, strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality of information, active and able to work under pressure, confident and ambitious, self-disciplined and client-centric, and positive attitude and pleasant personality are essential qualities for success in this position.
