Senior Oracle Financials and Projects Manager

About the Role:

Masters in Commerce, Economics, and Finance with a minimum of 14 years of experience in Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle applications expertise includes financial health checks, structural design, process alignment, process design, and process mapping, reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers, and conducting trainings.
  • Discovery, solution development, road map development, solution presentation, feasibility study, analysis, designing, development, testing, and deployment for full lifecycle management of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.
  • Implementation of Oracle Financials and Oracle Projects, preferably in the oil and gas sector, requires understanding of business processes and its mapping with Oracle e-business.
  • Effective business communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for independent provision of business solutions.
  • Good understanding of ERP Business Processes and industry best practices is required.
  • A proven track record of Business Process automation & Best Practices is necessary.
  • An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family is needed.
  • Innovate and continuously improvise pre-configuration solutions and methods to enhance business operations and solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance pre-configured solutions to align with business needs and ensure smooth business operations and solutions offer a winning value proposition.
  • Developing and executing a solution strategy and business plan that supports growth is crucial.
  • Providing expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software solutions is essential.
  • Implementation of new modules, enhancing existing available functionalities, and upgrading to new Oracle releases, including proper documentation, requires coordination with end-user departments and other business users.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming technologies is important for effective project management.
