Telecommunications Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch assistance and resolving inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Able to work evening and night shifts.
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry (0-2 years).
