
Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional service to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- You will engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any concerns they may have.
- You will manage orders from entry to delivery, verifying accuracy and up-to-dateness of all details.
- You will handle customer complaints fairly and efficiently.
- You will provide quotations and updates to customers, setting final selling prices within agreed-upon price bands.
- You will onboard new customers by transferring their requirements into our systems and accompanying initial orders.
- You will maintain and integrate customer data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- You will foster strong relationships with customers through knowledge exchange and sales support.
- You will create, refine, and review reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

About This Role- Experience in freight forwarding or transport planning, with a focus on Sea Logistics.
- The ability to understand and execute new processes.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office features, especially Excel.

- Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
