The role of a Key Account Manager is crucial in expanding our business by identifying and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Finding New Opportunities: Identify new customers and continuously explore ways to expand our business.

- Excellent Sales Skills: Possess first-class consultative sales skills, with a good understanding of features and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Account Management: Prepare account profiles for company accounts, establish strong relationships with decision-makers, and maintain these connections to ensure long-term success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely management reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors' activities within major accounts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the credibility and success of our business and its products.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with management to provide pricing information and make recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers when necessary to support our business operations.
- Sales Strategies: Develop effective sales strategies for approval by senior management.
Requirements for Success
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain successful relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrable Sales Track Record: Have a proven and successful sales history, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Tech Background: A good technical background in the product area is desirable, though not essential.
- Meeting Sales Quotas: Proven ability to effectively meet sales quotas and contribute to overall business growth.
- Education: A degree in business studies would be advantageous but is not a requirement for this position.
