About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to drive end-to-end bid processes, ensuring compliance with company and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender documentation, proposals, and submissions
  • Manage vendor registration, pre-qualification, and compliance statements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for technical and commercial bid inputs
  • Execute cost estimation, quantity surveying, and cost planning activities
  • Analyze contract terms, manage bid clarifications, and address tender queries
  • Ensure adherence to procurement timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform risk assessment and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a vendor database and ensure timely renewals
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction
  • 5–10 years' experience in tender management roles
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, quantity surveying principles, and tender lifecycle
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
