B2B Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional to fill the role of B2B Lead Generation Specialist, empowering businesses with a strong online presence.


  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads for our services using LinkedIn, email, and outbound strategies.
  • Craft and run targeted emailing and cold calling campaigns to reach potential clients.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter, etc.
  • Build and optimize sales funnels (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Deliver product demos and follow-up communication via Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) to track outreach and sales activity.
  • Draft proposals, quotations, and assist in closing deals.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for custom solution pitches.
  • Perform basic web & digital tasks (WordPress edits, CRM integrations, email automation tools).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold emailing, and sales funnels.
  • Strong English communication skills (written + spoken)
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Calendly, Loom, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SaaS, AI, or tech sales is an asset
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and marketing automation software.
