We are seeking a seasoned project management expert to lead our teams in delivering complex civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure development, including dams, hydropower plants, barrages, and highway systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving financial and operational project performance targets through effective planning, monitoring, and control.
  • Implementing project management frameworks, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in project planning, execution, and delivery, with a focus on cost optimization and schedule adherence.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and engineers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering and have 15-20 years of relevant experience in reputable construction projects. Knowledge of information technology and its applications in project management is highly desirable.
