The role of the Business Development Manager is critical to the company's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the education consultancy industry and its trends
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Identifying and capturing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service
Requirements
- Proven sales and business development skills with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
