As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the successful execution of sales initiatives, policies, and plans to ensure Company sales targets are reached. You will maintain positive and productive customer and vendor relationships while managing the day-to-day activities of Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate department and company objectives to staff and maintain upward communication with senior management.
  2. Train and mentor Sales Representatives; monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Lead by example in maximising sales for existing accounts and actively propose and negotiate opportunities for additional value-added sales and services.
  4. Maintain professionalism, customer service, and customer focus while building strategic partnerships with potential and existing Incora accounts.
  5. Identify opportunities to grow revenue and profit while ensuring costs are reduced and controlled.
