Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic product leader to join our team.

This is a key role in shaping one of the oldest existing industries, and you will have the opportunity to drive business outcomes through technical excellence.

You will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, defining scope and objectives, and evaluating business systems and user needs.

  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and performing requirements analysis.
  • Constructing workflow diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications, user guides, training materials, release notes.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Ongoing interaction and engagement with stakeholders and technology partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and the ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to support multiple projects in parallel without guidance.
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to work independently with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools like BI, Tableau.
