Senior Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships across approximately 15 mid-sized accounts based in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Drive account planning and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with delivery, presales, and marketing for proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain account health metrics and retention performance.
  • Support renewals and account growth initiatives in collaboration with other teams.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting.
  • Must have experience of working in a technology or tech consulting organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with delivery teams and balancing internal coordination with external communication.
  • A candidate who is naturally relationship-oriented, but with the discipline to follow through on commercial goals, reporting, and forecasting.
