We are seeking an experienced Lead Acquisition Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our products and services.
- Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead acquisition strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing approaches.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through personalized outreach and build trust.
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead acquisition.
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in lead generation and B2B/B2C sales.
- Demonstrated success in executing lead acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
