Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Achieve sales targets for liability products by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Bbuild strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and maximize business potential.
- Monitor customer portfolios, identify their banking needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the local banking territory.
- Cross-sell various financial products and services to customers as per their needs.
- Work towards increasing sales revenue through effective business development initiatives.
Customer Service and Support:
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns related to liability products.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate customers on the benefits of different liability products and services.
Relationship Management:
- Regularly meet with customers to understand their financial needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth documentation and account opening procedures.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and policies are followed while dealing with customers.
- Maintain and update customer Know Your Customer (KYC) details and ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions as per compliance standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on sales performance, client activity, and market trends.
- Track progress against sales targets and customer retention Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
