Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention:

    • Achieve sales targets for liability products by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Bbuild strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and maximize business potential.
    • Monitor customer portfolios, identify their banking needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the local banking territory.
    • Cross-sell various financial products and services to customers as per their needs.
    • Work towards increasing sales revenue through effective business development initiatives.
  • Customer Service and Support:

    • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns related to liability products.
    • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Educate customers on the benefits of different liability products and services.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Regularly meet with customers to understand their financial needs and provide proactive solutions.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth documentation and account opening procedures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all regulatory requirements and policies are followed while dealing with customers.
    • Maintain and update customer Know Your Customer (KYC) details and ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
    • Document all customer interactions as per compliance standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare reports on sales performance, client activity, and market trends.
    • Track progress against sales targets and customer retention Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
