Job Opportunity: Customer Engineer

This role offers an exciting chance to serve as a technical liaison between Engineering and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, enabling them with product knowledge, tooling, setup, and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a link between the Engineering team and GTM teams, providing product enablement and technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to understand new features, deployment requirements, and system behaviors, and translate them into documentation, content, demo environments, and tooling.
  • Support internal setup and deployment of components, and help validate staging/demo environments.
  • Contribute to developing internal resources such as playbooks, guides, architecture diagrams, and field materials.
  • Provide assistance to the GTM team with API usage, scripting, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native stacks, including Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and data infrastructure.
  • Comfort with automation scripting in Python or shell for work, API usage, or testing.
  • Ability to read and understand application code for troubleshooting and support.
