Job Title: Technical Integration Specialist

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical integration and services support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver professional services product content delivery scripts and exports to our global customer base.

This position involves accompanying the commercial team to customer demos and calls, advising, and participating in technical discussions regarding functionality, features, connectivity, development, and testing efforts.

You will also be responsible for providing technical product catalog integration support via email, chat, and calls, as well as supporting fellow customer success team members in automating technical tasks and processes.

The role requires generating basic reports for catalogs for customers and North American sales representatives, developing and delivering professional services product content delivery scripts and exports for existing and prospective customers.

Additionally, you will manage customer delivery projects with some assistance from your lead/manager, collaborate with the development team on customer-reported bugs and issues, and assist the manager in creating service SOWs based on customer requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Moderate knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL.
  • Moderate understanding of at least one scripting language such as JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience working with at least one database management system.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience or equivalent in a similar role.
