About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Digital Energy business in Pakistan, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will manage Digital Energy sales/presales and operations within the country, reporting to country leader SP and DE.
- Drive Performance Management across Digital Energy sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Execute country and functional market strategies, monitoring performance against set targets.
- Develop and grow key customer relationships, driving business growth through effective collaboration.
- Manage team skills evolution, ensuring alignment with business needs (End User coverage).
- Build a high-performing team, with clear goals and associated KPIs for each direct report.
- Act as the entry point in the country for Cluster Digital Energy.
- Regularly report business & operation results with customers and Channels.
- Collaborate with different functions in Home & Distribution BU and other BU functions locally and Cluster DE.
