Human Resource Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Strategist to join our team. As an HR Consultant at insight-hub, you will be working on a UAE based global project in collaboration with Job Schweiz.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic guidance on human resource matters to clients
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and other relevant tools

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English proficiency, proven experience in human resources or a similar field, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation abilities, thorough knowledge of HR practices and talent acquisition strategies, and proficiency in using technology platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, collaborate with international partners, and drive business growth through effective human resource management. You will have the flexibility to work from Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm (Pakistan Time | GMT +5) with flexible hours on Saturday and Sunday for closing sales and essential operations.
