Job Title: Senior Backend Developer - High-Performance System Architect

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team. As a high-performance system architect, you will design and develop critical backend systems, APIs, and services that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and Django.
  • Design and build scalable RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • Manage integrations with third-party APIs and services.
  • Contribute to infrastructure decisions including containerization and deployment workflows.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call support if needed.

Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of professional experience working with Python and Django in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and design patterns.
  • Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Proficient in working with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Redis, Celery, and task queue patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
