We are currently seeking an Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist to support a client and drive business success.
This role requires strong discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to qualify and route inbound leads effectively across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
- Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
- Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
- Consistently deliver high-quality qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function is required.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Ability to work independently and meet established targets is vital.
