The Business Development team is seeking a skilled professional to join their ranks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, contributing to the company's growth strategy, and supporting the Head of Growth in other business development aspects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex topics across climate, sustainability, and finance. You will also have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and have experience in deal sourcing or business development, preferably in an investment environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads in CRM systems.
  • Assist in qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Send initial outreach emails or make introductory calls to potential leads.
  • Support the Head of Growth in other aspects of business development as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in deal sourcing or business development, ideally in an investment (VC/PE/Credit) environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex topics across climate, sustainability, and finance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
