Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone or email to set up appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up on leads to ensure that appointments are secured and that all necessary information is provided to our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in digital platforms.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine and improve appointment setting techniques and strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Prior experience in appointment setting and lead generation would be beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a professional approach.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
