Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate female school leader to lead our schools in Sargodha and its surrounding areas.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching, monitoring school progress across key performance indicators, and focusing on improvement.

  • Promote a culture of mutual and continuous learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination among all members of the school community.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that values diversity and promotes academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, empower, support, encourage, and retain the best teachers in the school.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Teacher Selection process for recruiting quality teachers.
  • Develop a school improvement plan based on need analysis and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal classroom observations.
  • Work on teacher quality through demo sessions and constant feedback.
  • Organize, manage, and monitor co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, periods, displays, libraries, and laboratories.
  • Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty within the school.
  • Conduct term tests and examinations in a transparent and timely manner.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with the local community, raising awareness about education for both boys and girls.
  • Implement outreach programs for teachers and maintain an up-to-date CV bank.
  • Coordinate with HR teams for staff hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain school discipline and promote positive character development among students and staff.
  • Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize empty classroom days.
  • Supervise the admin assistant in accounting and other matters.
  • Oversee school accounts, ensuring they are accurately managed, documented, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure building maintenance and utility services are managed in a timely manner.
  • Understand policies and implement school activities accordingly.
  • Submit reports and documents in a timely manner.
