Business Development Associate Position

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an experienced sales professional based in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform outgoing calls to potential customers
  • Determine customer requirements and present relevant solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain records of communications
  • Report to the sales manager

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation expertise
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service experience
  • Sales and Target Achievement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
