Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Main Responsibilities:- Create new menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and style
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train, coach, and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions
Key qualifications include proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef, culinary degree or equivalent certification, knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines, strong leadership skills, excellent time management skills, and ability to work flexible hours.
Culinary Expertise:Developing menus, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen standards require a deep understanding of culinary arts. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, innovation, and technical skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the management team to achieve our culinary goals and maintain exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Salary and Benefits:The salary for this position is $1700 per month, negotiable based on experience.
