About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our training programs, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering effective training programs. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of our training programs
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
