Customer Success Representative

Legallex UK Ltd seeks a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team.
About the Position:The successful candidate will serve customers by providing the necessary information and meeting their needs.
Key Accountabilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain high levels of sales performance and meet targets
- Develop strong closing skills to secure deals
- Effectively manage sales territories to drive growth
- Cultivate strong prospecting skills to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Demonstrate confidence and resilience in a fast-paced work environment
- Stay informed about product offerings to provide accurate information
- Present products confidently to potential clients
- Foster strong relationships with clients
- Remain motivated to achieve sales objectives
Standard working hours are 10 am to 6 pm, with flexibility to accommodate late meetings with clients.
Competitive compensation includes a salary range of PKR 20,000 - 30,000 per month, along with commission opportunities of PKR 10,000 - 30,000.
