About the Role

This position involves handling and resolving technical support tickets, collaborating with other teams, and improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track customer support tickets through the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently.
  • Collaborate with teams to follow up on tasks and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Identify and document recurring issues to enhance process efficiency.
  • Create, manage, and update internal documentation, reports, and workflows as needed.
  • Take initiative and contribute suggestions for operational improvements.
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements

Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.

Technical Skills:
Experience working with SQL queries and databases. Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, and other office applications.

Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a go-getter mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
