Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and support our growing team of Virtual Assistants. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and e-commerce, with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on agent performance, attendance, and KPIs.
  • Provide regular coaching and support through 1-on-1 sessions and team meetings.
  • Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead and 3 years in Customer Service.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
  • Proven ability to manage performance, attendance, and KPIs.
  • Experience conducting bi-weekly team coaching and 1-on-1 sessions.
  • Ability to support agent well-being and development.
  • Skilled in performance reporting and analysis.
