About the Role:
* Lead a team of dispatchers to coordinate the dispatch of taxis and ensure efficient operations
* Provide information to callers about fares, estimated wait times, and other important details about their rides
* Monitor taxi activity to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic IT skills, especially Microsoft
