Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join our team and lead our content efforts. This role will involve developing high-quality content for various channels, working closely with subject matter experts, and leveraging AI-based tools to streamline content creation and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development: Develop high-impact content for internal and external channels, including press releases, speeches, and talking points for leadership representation.
  2. Story Identification: Work closely with faculty and department heads to identify compelling stories related to research, innovation, community impact, and academic excellence.
  3. Media Outreach: Collaborate with external PR agencies, media outlets, and government liaisons to increase our brand presence and strategic outreach.
  4. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and compliance with institutional messaging across all communication channels.
  5. Crisis Communication: Manage cross-campus communications and assist in crisis communication responses when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and content marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
