Production Executive

Job Summary:

This position entails overseeing production operations, driving profitability, and implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitability through strategic planning and budget management.
  • Oversee the implementation of business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
  • Instill a vision and mission amongst employees and ensure total quality management.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, plans, and programs to optimize equipment, space, facility, and human resource utilization.
  • Review and monitor operating results and update management on issues affecting quality and profitability.
  • Optimize production capacity in relation to finished goods inventory requirement.
  • Minimize backorder status and maintain adequate service levels.
  • Assure desired product quality through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standards, employee awareness, and training programs.
  • Ensure competency and continuity of managerial and specialized personnel through training and motivation.
  • Provide positive employee relations to ensure productivity objectives and high morale within the workforce.
  • Formulate and implement policies to maximize production.
  • Develop a strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements.
  • Ensure safety measures are implemented at the site.
  • Lead and manage commercial and supply chain processes.
  • Maintain close liaison with QA departments for quality standards compliance.
  • Report on duty right in time and follow the code of conduct.
  • Cultivate effective coordination with management and labor for smooth workflow.
Secondary Responsibilities:
