Product Visionary

The Product Visionary plays a pivotal role in the product's success by overseeing its planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.

This includes gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with various teams such as engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Our products include EnterpriseTube and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS).

DEMS helps public safety organizations store, manage, process, and analyze digital evidence.

Meanwhile, EnterpriseTube empowers customers to deliver live and on-demand video streaming to their audience, store and share multimedia content, and perform video and audio analysis using artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Break down the product vision into actionable epics, features, and user stories
  • Prioritize these components based on business goals and impact
  • Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and sales teams to provide support to existing customers and new prospects
  • Work with the engineering team to estimate story points or LOE
  • Maintain progress visibility and track the team's performance
  • Organize show-and-tell sessions, reviews, and user acceptance testing
  • Communicate new feature enhancements to both technical and business audiences
  • Lead a team of product analysts by setting standards, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to understand both business and technical aspects of the product
  • Excellent decision-making, prioritization, and negotiation skills
  • Strong planning and forecasting capabilities
  • Good analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience motivating, coaching, and inspiring teams
  • Must have worked as a project manager or product owner before
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other ALM tools
  • Experience working in a team following SCRUM or Agile methodology
