We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage our infrastructure, construction, and water & sewage projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience, including 10 years as a Project Manager or equivalent role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards in construction to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading project teams to deliver infrastructure, construction, and water & sewage projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  3. Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners.
  4. Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing costs.
